Who We Are
Florida Vacation Homes is a full-service vacation rental management company based Kissimmee/Davenport area. With years of industry expertise, we specialize in managing premium short-term rental properties in world-class resort communities near Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and other major Central Florida attractions. One of the resorts we offer a selection of rentals in is the fantastic Windsor Island. As well as marketing vacation rentals under our own management, we also offer a selection of professionally managed short term vacation rentals from other trusted partners.
Florida Vacation Homes does not own or operate any of the resort amenities. We only market individual vacation rentals located within the resort. The resort amenities such as the clubhouse, pool, security and trash are managed by Castle Group on behalf of the home owners association.
