WindsorIslandOrlando.com is operated by Reunion Vacation Homes Inc, doing business as Florida Vacation Homes. We manage and market a small selection of privately owned vacation rentals within Windsor Island Resort in Davenport, Florida.

The community contains hundreds of homes, with many independent management companies serving different owners. We do not represent the resort, its HOA, every homeowner or every rental in the community.

Our local team helps guests compare the homes offered on this website and understand the details of a reservation with us. Alongside homes under our own management, we may market homes managed by trusted partners. Check your listing and booking confirmation for the company responsible for your stay.

Local property management for individual homeowners

Florida Vacation Homes provides vacation rental marketing and management services, including reservations, guest communication, housekeeping coordination, maintenance and inspections. These services relate to the individual homes we manage; they do not include operating Windsor Island’s shared facilities.
