Windsor Island Resort in Davenport has shared leisure facilities for guests staying in the community. This guide helps you plan a stay in one of the privately owned homes offered by Florida Vacation Homes.

We manage and market a small selection of homes, not the resort itself. The HOA operates the shared amenities and is responsible for security, trash collection, the clubhouse and community pools. Florida Vacation Homes is not affiliated with the resort or HOA and has no control over these services.

Choosing a vacation home

The community includes townhomes and larger pool homes with up to 10 bedrooms. Each home has its own owner, furnishings, sleeping arrangements and management company. Compare the listing for the specific home you are considering, including private pool details, optional extras and booking terms.

The HOA’s published amenities include a community pool, lazy river, hot tub, children’s splash playground, cabanas and poolside food and drink service.

Shared facilities are subject to HOA rules, operating hours, maintenance, weather and availability. Optional services such as cabanas may have separate charges. Confirm current details with the HOA before making plans.

Your booking company can explain any guest-registration steps for your reservation. For a stay booked through another manager, contact that company directly.
