Florida Vacation Homes offers vacation rental management and marketing for owners of individual homes in Windsor Island Resort, Davenport. We manage and market a small selection of the community’s hundreds of rentals. Many other independent companies also manage homes here.

We do not own or operate Windsor Island Resort and are not affiliated with the resort or HOA. Community security, trash collection, the clubhouse, shared pools and other common facilities are the HOA’s responsibility.
